Homemade Olive Tapenade. Easy and delicious.
- 1 1/2 Cups black olives (or green or both)
- 1 T capers
- 3 T chopped onion
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t thyme
- 1 1/2 C black olives (or green or both)
- 3 T capers
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 c olive oil
Chop and blend together or puree if you want a smooth spread
Great for crackers or a sandwich spread!
