Baked Oat wedges
 
Blender 1 C oats
Mix with:
2 T flour
1 t baking powder
¼ t salt
Mix then add to dry :
2 T melted vegan margarine
1 t vinegar
¼ C hot water
 
Sprinkle ¼ C quick oats on work counter.
Roll dough on top into 10 inch round
Cut into 12 pie shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet
350 oven 15 minutes
Turn off oven, open door and let sit 5 more minutes
Serve with syrup/butter/jam
