bell peppers, chopped

other vegetables ,
broccoli, carrots, potato, tomatoe, kale
etc...cut small
|

cl.garlic,minced
|
|
|

oz.mushrooms,sliced

1 # silken soft
TOFU
|
|

1/4 C Nutritional
Yeast
|
|

2 heaping T
broth powder**
|
|

1 t
turmeric
|
|

Salt and pepper to
taste

1/4 cup
bacos
|

Directions
Heat oil,
med..
Add onions, peppers, broccolli,
carrots
Saute til thickest vegis are nearly cooked
through
Add garlic and mushrooms, (splash
of wine optional) cook til done, and no
liquid in pan.
Crumble in Tofu. Stir well
Sprinkle with yeast, broth,
turmeric, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in bacos.
Serve with
garlic salt, more nutritional yeast,
and fresh ground pepper.
