Peanut Butter Balls
Grandmas, No Bake, Peanut Butter Balls
- Mix in saucepan:
- 1 c brown sugar
- ½ c flour
- ½ c soymilk (plain unsweetened, only soybeans and water on the label)
- Bring to boil
- add ½ c vegan margarine
- Boil 3 minutes
- Remove Add:
- 1 ½ c quick oats
- 2/3 c peanut butter
- 2/3 c raisins (optional)(I usually leave them out)
- ½ c coconut
- 1 t vanilla
- ¼ t salt
- Cool to touch
- form into balls and roll in more shredded coconut (can press them together)
- cool
- store in fridge

Tips and ideas:
- These are easy and fabulous!
- Try putting small vegan chocolate chips in them instead of coconut...
