                              Saute' in 2 T
                              vegan margerine
                              
                              1 chopped
                              onion
                              
                              1/2 cup chopped
                              celery
                              
                              1/2 -1 # sliced
                              mushrooms (or add 8 oz can
                              later)
                              
                               
                              
                              Add 1/4 cup wine
                              (optional)
                              
                              When liquid is
                              absorbed 
                              
                              Add: 6 T (more or
                              less) vegan margarine
                              
                              when melted add
                              1/4 cup flour, stir well.
                              
                              Add 4 cups plain
                              soymilk (only soybeans and water on
                              label)
                              
                              1 teaspoon
                              salt
                              
                              1/2 t onion
                              powder
                              
                              1 t garlic
                              powder
