Crumbly Chocolate cookies

Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe
Crumbley chocolate cookies
1 c shortening
1 c br sugar
1 T ground flax seed
1 T oil
1 T cornstarch
2 T water
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 t salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 c soymilk
2 sq melted choc
1/2 c nuts
1 ½ t vanilla

Drop by spoons

375 12-15 minutes
frost with icing (opt)

Easy Icing:
Mix 1 C powdered sugar with 1 T vegan margarine,1/2 t vanilla, and enough soymilk to make smooth.
Spread on or dribble over cookies with a fork.
