Carrot Cake directions
Mix
wet ingredients.
Mix
dry.
Gently
mix together and fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour
into square or round cake pan.
Bake:
350 around 35-40 min
|
Tips
Very moist cake so you don't need frosting, but if you like, mix
powdered sugar with a little soymilk or pineapple juice and drizzle
over. Sprinkle with nuts to be even fancier...
NOTES:
Double
ingredients for 10 x 13 pan. and increase time to 45-50 min
