2 sq melted unsweetened chocolate
or 6 T cocoa.

For chocolate icing add:
3 T cocoa or 1 sq melted

Orange citris icing Add:
orange peel from 1 orange
Replace soymilk with ½ orange juice
and ½ lemon juice
