Pasta w/ broccoli, mushrooms, and tofu crumbles

  • cook 1/2 # pasta of choice
  • Saute:
  • ¼ c oil
  • 1 garlic
  • 8oz sliced mushrooms
  • 10 oz lightly chopped broccoli
  • Add:
  • ½ c water
  • 1 T vegetable both powder
  • ½ t basil
  • ¼ c parsley
  • ¼ c Nutritional yeast
  • 4 oz crumbled tofu
  • 1/2 t salt
  • Toss with pasta

Tips and ideas:

Serve with garlic salt and nutritional yeast.

OPTIONAL: For tofu more like burger; Freeze, thaw, squeeze dry in lint free cloth. Crumble and fry until golden.
