Pasta w/ broccoli, mushrooms, and tofu crumbles
- cook 1/2 # pasta of choice
- Saute:
- ¼ c oil
- 1 garlic
- 8oz sliced mushrooms
- 10 oz lightly chopped broccoli
- Add:
- ½ c water
- 1 T vegetable both powder
- ½ t basil
- ¼ c parsley
- ¼ c Nutritional yeast
- 4 oz crumbled tofu
- 1/2 t salt
- Toss with pasta

Tips and ideas:
Serve with garlic salt and nutritional yeast.
OPTIONAL: For tofu more like burger; Freeze, thaw, squeeze dry in lint free cloth. Crumble and fry until golden.
