Chicken Tofu
2 # Extra Firm Tofu: Drained and
pressed.
Slice into cubes or steaks.
Marinate several hours.
(Optional. Before baking, roll in
nutritional yeast and some seasoned
salt made with the herbs listed in
marinade, or poultry seasoning)
Bake 350 degrees
45 minutes.
Flip over and bake 15 minutes more.
Serve right away, or great chilled.

- Marinade:
1 1/2 C water
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C nutritional yeast
1 T sage
1 t rosemary
1 t thyme
1 t onion powder
1/2 t marjoram
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t pepper
