- Vegan Corn
dogs, Pronto Pups
Mix
1/4 c cornmeal
1/2 c flour
1/2 T bp
1/2 t salt
1/2 T sugar
1/2 c plain unsweetened soymilk (with
only soybeans and water on the
label)
2 T oil
1/2 t paprika
dash pepper

Insert wooden skewer
(or old chopsticks)
into vegan hotdog (I prefer Loma Lindas
Big Franks)
Dip into mixture and deep fry until deep
gold color.
Serve with mustard and catsup
