Simple and great vegan Fajitas:
Sauté' Red and green bell peppers,
plus basically whatever vegis you want
broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms,
drizzle with a little Italian Salad dressing. (or lime juice, olive oil, oregano, basil)
Add cubed tofu or seitan if you want...
Spoon into a soft flour tortilla and roll up.
Serve with Salsa, soy cheese, guacamole, and soy sour cream if you want.
