Joe and Shauns Secret sour cream Sauce Recipe
- 1 box silken tofu
- ½ c soymilk (only use soymilk with just soybeans and water on the label!)
- 1 T vinegar
- ¼ C olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 T nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T of powdered kombu/seaweed (optional)
- or spiralina (optional)
- Blender smooth, with more or less soy milk for thinner or thicker...
