Sprinkle with lemon juice
Bake 250 around 2 hours
Fruit leather
2 lbs total sliced apples, peaches, pears...
¼ c lemon juice
½ c sugar
1 t cinn
Pour onto cookie sheet
Bake150 degrees 4-6 hours

Apple leather
3 c applesauce
½ c sugar
½ t cinn
¼ t nutmeg
Pour ¼ " thick on cookie sheet
Bake 225 3 hours

Banana Rollups
Slice bananas thin the long way
Bake150 degrees 4-6 hours
