- Slow Sage
Stuffing
- Saute 5
minutes:
- ¾ c vegan
margarine
- 1 chopped
onion
- 1 ½ c
chopped celery
- ¼ c fresh
parsley
- Add:
2 cloves garlic
cook 1 minute
Add:
- 1 T
sage
- 2 t
salt
- ½ t
pepper
- 1 t
thyme
- ½ t
marjoram
1 t celery seed
1/4 C vegetable broth
powder
- 2 c water
Bring to a boil
Fold in:
8 c dry bread cubes
- Bake several
hours, if possible, covered in a
casserole, medium oven.

You can cheat and cook it on the stove top
in about half hour,
but the longer it cooks the better the
flavor...
