Stuffing
- Saute:
- ¾ c vegan
margarine
- 1 chopped
onion
- 1 ½ c
chopped celery
- ¼ c fresh
parsley
- Add:
- 1 T
sage
- 12 c dry bread
cubes
- 2 t
salt
- ½ t
pepper
- 1 t
thyme
- ½ t
marjoram
- ½ t nutmeg
(optional)
1 c vegetable broth
- 1 c
water
- Bake several
hours in casserole, medium oven.

in about half hour,
but the longer it cooks the better the
flavor...
