Mix/proof 1 pkg
yeast
1 C warm
water
1 T
sugar
Mix: 1 ½ t
salt
½ t basil
½ t
oregano
1 t garlic
powder
1 ½ t
parsley
1/3 C
shortening
1 ½ C
flour
Mix all. Knead,
add more flour until not
sticky.
Refrigerate 4
hours or overmight
Divide into 4
then 12 each roll pencil
thin.
brush with oil
and sprinkle with seeds or course salt.
Let rise. Bake
375 15 minutes or til done

- Divide and roll
into 40 sticks
- Greased
sheet
- Rise.
- Spray with oil
and poppy seeds or sesame seeds
seeds/course salt
