Hot Olives

  • 1 Jar green olives
  • Black olives (optional)
  • 2 Crushed garlic cloves
  • Teaspoon of herbs, optional (Rosemary or basil are good)
  • Crushed red pepper to taste (optional)
  • Heat the juice from the olive jars
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Let sit at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain before serving.

Marinated Mixed olives

  • Heat:
  • 1 T wine vinegar
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 t coriander
  • 1/2 t fennel seed
  • 1 t rosemary
  • 2 t parsley
  • 2 cl garlic
  • Pour over and chill overnight
  • 2/3 c black olives
  • 2/3 c green olives




Marinated Black Olives

  • 1 can bl olives
  • Heat sauce then pour over olives.
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 T fresh basil
  • 2 cl garlic
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 t cr red pepper
  • 1/4 t salt
  • Sit overnight in fridge
