Vegan Olive Appetizer Recipes, Antepasto
Hot Olives
- 1 Jar green olives
- Black olives (optional)
- 2 Crushed garlic cloves
- Teaspoon of herbs, optional (Rosemary or basil are good)
- Crushed red pepper to taste (optional)
- Heat the juice from the olive jars
- Add remaining ingredients
- Let sit at least 30 minutes.
- Drain before serving.
Marinated Mixed olives
- Heat:
- 1 T wine vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 t coriander
- 1/2 t fennel seed
- 1 t rosemary
- 2 t parsley
- 2 cl garlic
- Pour over and chill overnight
- 2/3 c black olives
- 2/3 c green olives
Marinated Black Olives
- 1 can bl olives
- Heat sauce then pour over olives.
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 T fresh basil
- 2 cl garlic
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 t cr red pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- Sit overnight in fridge
