Sauce
- Cook
gently:
- ¼ c
flour
- ¼ -1/2 c
margarine
- Add 1
½ c soymilk (with ONLY
soybeans and water on label)
- 1 teaspoon onion
powder (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
- Cook and stir
until thickened.

TIPS
- Add some
sliced mushrooms with 1/2 c margarine,
and cook down then add
flour.
- Add vegi
sausage or burger and serve over
biscuits for
breakfast.
- Add some
cut up tofurky slices or bacos for sh*t
on a shingle aka creamed beef on
toast
