Portobello Mushrooms
- large Portabello mushrooms Cleaned with stems removed
- Marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours
- or just drizzle with olive oil, s and p
- Bottled italian dressing works great for merinade.
- Teriyaki sauce is my favorite!!
- Grill 5-10 minutes or so, flipping when one side is done, or streaked with grill marks.
- or Broil 3-5 min/side
- Or 450 25 min, flip 1/2 way through
Balsamic Marinade
- Marinate 2-3 hours
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c tamari opt
- 3 T dry sherry
- 6 cl garlic
- 1 t thyme
- 3 T shallots
- 1 T oil
OR
- 1 C balsamic
- 2 T dijon
- 2 T basil
- 1 t oregano
- 2 grn onions
- 1 l garlic
- 1/2 c oil
Stuffed Portobellos
- Bbq stem down 3 min
- Then flip and fill with stuffing mix.
- 1 T oil
- 1 sm onion
- 2 cl garlic
- 5 oz spinach
- 3/4 c panko
- 1/2 c vegan parmesan or vegan cheese
- 2 T walnuts
- 1 t sage
- 1 t mustard
- Cover and cook 10-15 more.

Portobellos with A1 Marinade:
- 4 large Portabello mushrooms Cleaned with stems removed
- Mix marinade
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T A1 steak sauce
- 1/2 t sugar
- 2 t minced garlic
- Marinate mushrooms 1 hour.
- Grill or broil each side til done. About 5 minutes a side

- 1 c mayo
- 2 T basil
- 1/4 c roasted red peppers
- 10 bl kalamata olives
- Onion/tomato/lettuce
