Over night Savory Bread pudding

  • Cube 8 day old slices french bread
  • place in greased 8 x8
  • Mix then pour over bread:
  • 2 C soymilk.... (PLAIN UNSWEETEND, only soybeans and water on the label!)
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 C nutritional yeast
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • Let sit at least 30 minutes or overnight
  • Crumble over
  • 1 # browned vegan sausage
  • Bake 350 40 minutes
  • Remove from oven
  • Sprinkle with 1 C shredded vegan cheese (optional)
  • Sit 10 before serving
