Grandmas, No Bake, Apricot Balls
- Mix
- 1 ½ c ground apricots and
- 2 c flaked coconut
- Add:
- 2/3 c vegan sweetened condensed soymilk
- form into balls roll in powdered sugar
- stand 1 hour
- roll again in more powder sugar

Tips and ideas:
Try a different dried fruit, and add nuts if you like
