Vegan Power Bars


Pams Homemade Vegan Power Bars

  • Mix well
  • 1 C peanut Butter
  • 1 C corn syrup
  • 2/3 C powdered instant soymilk
  • 1 C Powdered Sugar
  • Chill
  • Divide into serving sizes (Approximately 2 Tablespoons)
  • Drop into: Granola, vegan chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, raisins, dried fruit bits, cocoa powder, etc...
  • Whatever YOU like best.
  • Squeeze them into a log shape, pressing the granola and other toppings into the form, until you can't incorporate any more...
  • Wrap and chill.
