Applesauce PLUS Cookies
- Cream
- 1 c br sugar
- 2/3 c margarine
- 2 T oil
- 2 T flax
- add mixed:
- 1 ¾ c flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 t cinn
- ½ t nutmeg
- add:
- 1/4 C soymilk
- 1 c applesauce
- 1 c quick oats
- 1 c chocolate chips or raisins
- 1 c nuts (opt)
- ice cream scoop flatten slightly
- 375 12-15 min
