Chewy oatmeal cookies
- Cream
- ¾ c crisco (or coconut oil, or high fat vegan butter)
- 1 ¼ c br sugar
- 1 T ground flax seeds
- 1 T oil
- 6 T soymilk
- 1 ½ t vanilla
- Mix dry then add to creamed
- 3 c oats
- 1 c flour
- 1 T cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ t salt
- ¼ t cinn
- Fold in
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c walnuts
- drop by tablespoon 2" apart
- 375 10-12
