Vegan Crumbley chocolate cookie
Crumbley chocolate cookies
- Cream
- 1 c shortening
- 1 c br sugar
- 1 T ground flax seed
- 1 T oil
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
- Mix dry then add to creamed
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix all
- 1/2 c soymilk
- 2 sq melted choc
- 1/2 c nuts
- 1 ½ t vanilla
- Drop by spoons
- 375 12-15 minutes
- frost with icing (opt)

Tips and ideas:
Easy Icing:
- Mix 1 C powdered sugar
- 1 T vegan margarine
- 1/2 t vanilla
- and enough soymilk to make smooth.
- Spread on or dribble over cookies with a fork.
