Classic Crispy Vegan Gingersnaps cookies
Gingersnaps
- Cream
- 1 c +7 T oil
- 2 c sugar
- 2 T ground flax seed
- 3 T soymilk
- ½ c molasses
- Mix dry then add to creamed
- 4 c flour
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 t salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 T cinn
- 1 T ginger
- 1 t cloves
- form small balls
- roll in sugar
- place 2 inches apart on greased sheet
- 350 10-12 minutes
