Classic Crispy Vegan Gingersnaps cookies


Gingersnaps

  • Cream
  • 1 c +7 T oil
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 T ground flax seed
  • 3 T soymilk
  • ½ c molasses
  • Mix dry then add to creamed
  • 4 c flour
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 T cinn
  • 1 T ginger
  • 1 t cloves
  • form small balls
  • roll in sugar
  • place 2 inches apart on greased sheet
  • 350 10-12 minutes
