Vegan lemon cookies
lemon cookies
- Cream
- ½ c vegan margarine
- 2/3 c br sugar
- 1 T oil
- 1 T cornstarch
- ¼ c lemon juice
- 2 t grated lemon peel
- Mix dry then add to creamed
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Drop by spoons 2" apart
- 375 10 minutes
- Roll in Powdered sugar
