Molasses Oatmeal cookies
- Cream
- ½ c shortening
- 1 T ground flax
- ½ c sugar
- ½ c molasses
- 1 ½ c oats
- Mix dry then add to creamed
- 1 ¼ c flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 t cinn
- ½ t ginger
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c nuts (opt)
- drop by Icecream scoop
- 350 15 minutes
