Vegan Peanut Crunch cookies
Peanut Crunch cookies
- Cream
- 1 c vegan margarine
- 1 c br sugar
- 1 T ground flax
- 1 T oil
- 2 T soymilk
- Mix dry then add to creamed
- 1 ¼ c oats
- 1 2/3 c flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 T cornstarch
- ¼ t salt
- fold in
- 1 c salted peanuts
- ½ c cornflakes
- Drop by tablespoon size balls on ungreased sheet
- flatten w/glass dipped in sugar
- 350 14 minutes
