Pecan Crunch Potato chip cookies
- Cream
- 1 c vegan margarine
- ½ c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- add
- ½ c ch pecans
- 2 c flour
- Fold in
- ½ c crushed potato chips
- Drop by tablespoon size balls on ungreased sheet
- flatten w/glass dipped in sugar
- 350 14 minutes
