Vegan Strawberry shortbread cookies
Strawberry shortbread cookie bars
- Cream
- 1 ½ c vegan margarine
- ¾ c sugar
- 1 T oil
- 1 t almond flavor
- Mix all
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 ½ c flour
- Press in 9x9 pan
- 350 30 minutes
- spread with a thin layor of strawberry jam
- bake 10 min more
