Fat free Garlic Pasta sauce w/ vegetables

  • boil/simmer 20 min:
  • 1 ¼ c vegetable broth
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • Blender w/
  • 2 ½ T balsalmic vinegar
  • Toss with
  • cooked vegis:
  • zucchini
  • bell pepper
  • tomatoes
  • Serve over pasta

Tips and ideas:

Serve with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast.

Any vegetables work well here...

Add 1 T cornstarch, in the end of cooking time, if you want a thick sauce
