Fat free Garlic Pasta sauce w/ vegetables
- boil/simmer 20 min:
- 1 ¼ c vegetable broth
- 10 cloves garlic
- Blender w/
- 2 ½ T balsalmic vinegar
- Toss with
- cooked vegis:
- zucchini
- bell pepper
- tomatoes
- Serve over pasta

Tips and ideas:
Serve with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast.
Any vegetables work well here...
Add 1 T cornstarch, in the end of cooking time, if you want a thick sauce
