Skillet macaroni
- saute'
- 2 T oil
- ½ c ch onion
- 2 c uncooked macaroni
- ½ c bell pepper
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 pound vegan ground burger
- add:
- 3 C tom juice
- 1 t salt
- ¼ t pepper
- 2 T Vegan Worcestershire
- boil
- cover simmer 25 min

Tips and ideas:
Serve with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast.
ADD vegis of choice: Broccoli, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, olives....
