SAGE HERB BREAD Quick Bread
Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

Sage HERB Bread
heat::
1 c plain unflavored soymilk
(only soybeans and water on label)
2 t sage
1 t thyme
cool
Add:
½ c softened vegan margarine
3 T oil
1/4 - ½ c sugar
2 T ground flax
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
2 T cornstarch
1 t salt
3 c flour plus more for stiff dough
 

Form into loaf
Place on greased sheet or loaf pan
(Does not raise much)
Bake 350 40 - 45 minutes

Tips
Great with soups
or under gravy as in biscuits and gravy!
Use any herbs you want here, that go with what you are serving.
