Mango also works well but harder to find
- Mix:
- 1/4 c mayo
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t vinegar
- 1 t curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spread on sandwich with:
- Pineapple rings
- s&p
- Sliced tofu
- lettuce
Ruben Sandwich
- Toasted
- Rye bread
- swiss type Cheese
- Sourkraut
- Corned beef type vegan meat
Ruben sandwich dressing/thousand island/Russian
- 1/4 c mayo
- 3 T relish
- 2 T ketchup

Tofurkey thanksgiving sandwich
- Mix
- 1/2 c whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 T horseradish
- 1/4 c mayo
- 1/2 t sage
- Spread on bread with:
- Tofurkey slices
- stuffing
Tofu Teriyaki Burgers
Marinated tofu topped with peanutty cole slaw
- Marinate tofu teriyaki 1 hour
- Bake 375 25 min.
- Flip 20 min. more
- Serve In buns with:
- Cole Slaw dressing :
- 3 T soysauce
- 3 T mayo
- 2 T peanut butter
- 1 T agave nectar
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 t sesame oil
- 1 cl garlic
- S & p
- Mix in
- 4 carrots shredded
- 2 zucchini shredded
- 1/4 c chopped peanuts
Tofu slaw sandwiches
- Premade Cole Slaw or Daikon Slaw
- 1 c vinegar
- 1/2 c water
- 1 T salt
- 1 t sugar
- 3 cl garlic
- Add Shredded
- Cuke
- Daikon
- Carrots
- Sit 30 min or overnight
- drain
- Press drain 1 block firm tofu Sliced 1/4 " thick
- Spread Mayo on hearty bread like french
- Top with slaw, tomato, tofu.
