Homemade BLUEBERRY SYRUP
BLUEBERRY SYRUP
- 1/2 c.sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c corn syrup
- 2 t lemon juice
- 2 c blueberries
- Boil / simmer 15 minutes until thickened

Tips and ideas:
- Use virtually any berry or fruit.
- Some people like to strain their fruit for a smoother syrup.
- Great used as a pancake syrup or dessert topping
