Homemade BLUEBERRY SYRUP


BLUEBERRY SYRUP

  • 1/2 c.sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 c corn syrup
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 2 c blueberries
  • Boil / simmer 15 minutes until thickened

  • Use virtually any berry or fruit.
  • Some people like to strain their fruit for a smoother syrup.
  • Great used as a pancake syrup or dessert topping
