Homemade Dried Fruit Snacks


Dried apples

  • Thinly slice apples
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice
  • Bake 250 around 2 hours

  • Banana Rollups
  • Slice bananas thin the long way
  • Bake 150 degrees 4-6 hours

To get a crispy banana chip, they usually need to be fried




Apple leather

  • 3 c applesauce
  • ½ c sugar
  • ½ t cinn
  • ¼ t nutmeg
  • Pour ¼ " thick on cookie sheet
  • Bake 225 3 hours

Fruit leather

  • Blender:
  • 2 lbs total sliced apples, peaches, pears, whatever fruit you like...
  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • ½ c sugar
  • 1 t cinn
  • Pour onto cookie sheet
  • Bake 150 degrees 4-6 hours
