Dried apples
- Thinly slice apples
- Sprinkle with lemon juice
- Bake 250 around 2 hours
- Banana Rollups
- Slice bananas thin the long way
- Bake 150 degrees 4-6 hours

Apple leather
- 3 c applesauce
- ½ c sugar
- ½ t cinn
- ¼ t nutmeg
- Pour ¼ " thick on cookie sheet
- Bake 225 3 hours
Fruit leather
- Blender:
- 2 lbs total sliced apples, peaches, pears, whatever fruit you like...
- ¼ c lemon juice
- ½ c sugar
- 1 t cinn
- Pour onto cookie sheet
- Bake 150 degrees 4-6 hours
