Homemade Power Bars
Pams Homemade Vegan Power Bars
- Mix well
- 1C peanut Butter
- 1 C corn syrup
- 2/3 C powdered instant soymilk
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- Chill
- Divide into serving sizes (Approximately 2 Tablespoons)
- Drop into: Granola, vegan chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, raisins, dried fruit bits, cocoa powder, etc...
- Whatever YOU like best.
- Squeeze them into a log shape, pressing the granola and other toppings into the form,
- until you can't incorporate any more...
- Wrap and chill.
- These are fabulous and are better then any store bought power bar!
- When I was a wilderness guide in Alaska, Pointing out scat (animal poop) was part of the fun.
- I would take these bars on hikes and called them Power Poops.
- They look kind of like something we would find on the forest floor....
