- 1 pound Can
diced tomatoes
- 46 oz Can tomato
juice
- 1 ½ t
thyme
- 2 ½ t
basil
- 1 ½ t
oregano
- ½ t pepper
to taste
- 2 C soymilk
(plain, only Soybeans and water on
label)
- 12 oz tomato
sauce
- 2 oz tomato
paste (optional)
- Salt to
taste
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 30-60 minutes..
Blender smooth.

water
- ½ t
salt
- 1 bay
leaf
- ¼ t
thyme
- ½ t
basil
- ¼ t
oregano
- 1/8 t
pepper
- 1 t garlic
powder
- 1 t onion
powder
Bring to a
boil.
Simmer 10 + minutes
