Homemade Sage Stuffing

Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

Slow Sage Stuffing
Saute 5 minutes:
¾ c vegan margarine
1 chopped onion
1 ½ c chopped celery
¼ c fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
cook 1 minute
1 T sage
2 t salt
½ t pepper
1 t thyme
½ t marjoram
1 t celery seed
1/4 C vegetable broth powder
2 c water
Bring to a boil
Fold in:
8 c dry bread cubes
Bake several hours, if possible, covered in a casserole, medium oven.


Sage Stuffing TIPS
You can add things like nuts, apples, raisins, bacos, vegi sausage, etc...
You can cheat and cook it on the stove top in about half hour,
but the longer it cooks the better the flavor...
