focaccia or Premade pizza crust
- 2 yeast
- 4 C warm water
- ¼ C sugar
- 1 T sugar
- 8-10 C flour
- Knead smooth
- Let rise 1 ½ hours
- Punch down. Divide into 18 balls
- Sit 10 minutes
- Stretch 6-8 inch rounds
- Place on greased sheet
- Press fingers lightly to indent
- Brush with oil and sprinkle with ? seeds/garlic/?
- Bake 375 12-15 minutes.
