  • 2 yeast
  • 4 C warm water
  • ¼ C sugar
  • 1 T sugar
  • 8-10 C flour
  • Knead smooth
  • Let rise 1 ½ hours
  • Punch down. Divide into 18 balls
  • Sit 10 minutes
  • Stretch 6-8 inch rounds
  • Place on greased sheet
  • Press fingers lightly to indent
  • Brush with oil and sprinkle with ? seeds/garlic/?
  • Bake 375 12-15 minutes.
