Biscuit PIZZA
Deep Dish Biscuit Pizza
 
Simmer 15 min.:
1 ½ c tomatoes
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup bell pepper
1 t sugar
¾ t salt
½ t garlic powder
½ t oregano
1/2 t basil
1/4 t rosemary
1/8 t pepper

Biscuit Crust Recipe

2 cups flour
1 t salt
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/3 C oil
2/3 C Unsweetened plain soy milk (USE ONLY soymilk with just soybeans and water on the label)

Cheddar Cheese Sauce

4 T Margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups Unsweetened plain soymilk* (USE ONLY soymilk with just soybeans and water on the label)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 C Nutritional Yeast
1 T Miso (optional but adds flavor)
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
(save 1/2 sauce for other use if too much...)
Spread dough on bottom and sides of 8x8 pan.
Top with 1/2 # Vegi Burger
Prepared Tomato sauce
Vegan cheddar cheese or Cheese sauce
Bake 450 15 min

Adjust seasonings to taste
You can, of course, add whatever toppings you like.
You can add the cheese sauce after it bakes too.
