- ¼ c vegan
shortening
- Add
1 T salt
2 c water
3 ½ c flour
- Mix well add
yeast mixture
- and:
- 1 ½ c
flour
- 1 C whole wheat
flour
2 c variety of grains such
as:
- Ground oats,
bran, cornmeal, seeds
- ground flax,
ground nuts...
OR: USE LEFTOVER HOT CEREAL

- Knead, adding
more flour until smooth and elastic not
sticky.
Rise until doubled
Punch down rise again.
Punch and divide, rest 5
minutes.
- shape into
loaves
Rise
Bake 375 45 min for standard
loaves,
less for smaller loaves.
